Description: Enjoy a feast after the Renaissance Faire at the Renaissance Royal Banquet!  The Lake Havasu City Historical Society and Museum of History is sponsoring and hosting the Renaissance Royal Banquet in conjunction with the Tournament of the Realm London Bridge Renaissance Faire. Revelers can spend the day at the Faire and then make their way to the banquet in their finest attire where their appetite will be satisfied, their thirst quenched and they will be entertained. Costumes of all kinds are encouraged and all eras and genras are welcome.

The plated Royal Banquet will include a choice of Chicken Marsala or London Broil. Cash bar available. Entertainment includes: the Queen and Her Royal Court, a fortune teller, a photographer to capture the moment, games mistresses, a parade of costumes, performances by a Renaissance songstress, a magician, a Renaissance minstrel and a woodwind quintet.

Tickets for what promises to be a hallmark event of the 2017 season are on sale now for $60 per person; table sales of eight are also available. Description: Come one come all to the 2nd Annual London Bridge Renaissance Faire! If you’ve never experienced a Renaissance Faire, it is a festival with stage and street performers in period costumes, bringing medieval history to life in a fun and dramatic way! At The London Bridge Renaissance Faire, you’ll find a marketplace with arts and crafts, delicious food and drink, and artisan demonstrations. There will be jugglers, musicians, comedians, magicians and a myriad of roving village characters and minstrels. You can dress up too and join in on the fun, or come as you are and just enjoy taking in the sights. It’s sure to be an exciting adventure for the whole family!

HER MAJESTY'S TOURNAMENTS OF THE REALM!

New for 2017, this exciting addition will include spectacles in the arenas that will keep you on the edge of your seat, tantalize your senses, and leave you clapping wildly for more! JOUSTING

No Renaissance Faire worth its salt would be without live jousting, and the London Bridge Renaissance Faire will not disappoint! Expect high energy and excitement as you behold the regal riders from the Epona Equestrian Team (all the way from Spokane, Washington) atop their mighty beasts and The Pirates of Rogues Cove.

ROYALE OPEN ARCHERY TOURNAMENT

Join the distinguished Range Masters, Robyn of Foxley & Ollivander the Hood, also known as Robyn & The Hood, as they host a competition of skill, accuracy, and concentration. Dress in Renaissance garb, then bring your best aim and a steady hand for a shot at the bull's eye and exclusive bragging rights! Competitions will be held daily, with medals awarded. Their presence will add to the excitement of the ambience in the shire. Visit their encampments scattered throughout the grounds as they live the ren life full-time and to the fullest! These Guilds pride themselves on public interaction—join in on their fun!

THE VIP EXPERIENCE

 

Have an audience with the Queen and her Royal Court, meet the jousters, talk to a wench, or simply DRINK in the Renaissance atmosphere. Top level event sponsors, as well as VIP Experience access passholder, will have special admission to the VIP Royale Tavern. Seating is limited, so don't be left out – these exclusive tickets will sell out!

ON THE STAGES

The headliner on the Grande Stage is Highland Way – a Celtic band whose leader is a native Scot. Be sure to catch the band’s showcase of their individual musicians – each one is AMAZING!

Back by popular demand from the inaugural year is fan favorite Thomas Wood – the talented and hilarious pyro juggler.

The beautiful and exotic Silk Moon Nomads, Havasu's own troupe of belly dancers.

Seraphina Fire, a hot fusion of fire and belly dance that come together in this all female troupe's performance of many styles of dance.

Colette the Bard, a Havasu native whose angelic voice will bring goosebumps and maybe a watery eye.

Gallows Humor, the undead gypsy band who is a bit naughty but a whole lot of fun!

Her Majesty's Minstrel Cycle, an eclectic and zany percussive vocal and vaudevillian comedy troupe.

Danny Lord – Lord of Mischief: Magic and comedy with a bit of wickedness!

Garry Siler, a soulful Celtic minstrel.

THE MARKETPLACE

 

The Marketplace will be a path of discovery – from artisans demonstrating their creative talents and merchants selling their one-of-a-kind wares, to tantalizing smells and an assortment of delectable food selections to make your taste buds tingle in anticipation! You may stumble upon treasures you never expected. Every die-hard—and hardly-dead—Renaissance buff will shout Huzzah!!

PIRATE'S COVE

 

This children’s area is a place for families to experience the magic and wonder of the Renaissance Era. Kids of all ages and those young at heart are encouraged to check out a variety of FREE activities designed to entertain and inspire your child and your inner child.

 

New World Nickname. Play pirate dice and let thy whole family discover their unique pirate name.

Plundering Pirate Pouch. Create thy very own treasure pouch to keep thy booty safe and sound.

The Smuggler’s Ring. Lads and lassies alike are invited to join our swashbuckling Smuggler’s Ring and quietly transport goods to and from merchants around the Faire. Successfully deliver the goods and receive thy prize! 

Davy Jones’ Locker Hay Maze. Sit back and relax as your wee ones navigate their way through the twists, turns, and dead ends of Davy Jones’ Locker.

Quest for the Pirate's Booty Treasure Hunt. Interact with characters in the Faire and follow the clues – if ye are clever and make it to the end, ye will be entitled to some of the bounty!

Bitty Buccaneers Bounce Houses. Visit our FREE bounce houses and let thy little lads and lassies reign supreme.

The Royale Academie. This learning center offers kids and adults alike the opportunity to explore all things historically Renaissance. Visit daily for the posted program of fun topics and workshops.
