In a nutshell, she listened to our concerns about pricing, we met with both Heather and Cindi to discuss current trends and we formulated a plan for listing our vacant property at a fair market price. Fast forward, the buyers of her residential home listing were interested in our vacant lot and made us a fair and reasonable offer and we actually sold the property in a short amount of time. Customer service is very important to us and in my opinion Heather and Cindi had done their homework prior to even contacting me, presented us with reasonable options, which ultimately led to the successful sale which was a benefit to both us and the buyers.
