Long story short, Cindi from Heather’s team reached out directly to us in person by knocking on my door as part of due diligence on one of her other listings a short distance away. She wanted to know our intent with a vacant lot/land next to the residential home she was listing, she wanted to know if we would be interested in selling if someone was interested. In a nutshell, she listened to our concerns about pricing, we met with both Heather and Cindi to discuss current trends and we formulated a plan for listing our vacant property at a fair market price. Fast forward, the buyers of her residential home listing were interested in our vacant lot and made us a fair and reasonable offer and we actually sold the property in a short amount of time. Customer service is very important to us and in my opinion Heather and Cindi had done their homework prior to even contacting me, presented us with reasonable options, which ultimately led to the successful sale which was a benefit to both us and the buyers. She constantly kept us advised throughout the entire process. Both Cindi & Heather were extremely professional, upfront and a pleasure to work with.

Heather was on it the minute I showed interest in a condo. She immediately got me in to look at it and she was very knowledgeable of the condo and its surrounding area. She also pointed out a few other areas but they weren’t what I was looking for this condo was perfect for me and my family And she was just awesome at getting everything completed quickly. We have known Heather Macy since we purchased our first house using her in 2012 ish. Since then we have bought and sold 4 houses using only Heather Macy. She is outstanding to deal with and fun to hang out with while riding around Havasu in her car, driving to properties. Heather is always on top of the market trends and shares her experience with us. She showed us what we wanted to see and knew what we wanted, not wasting our time with properties that were not suitable for us. IF we buy another house we will surely use Heather again. But I am hoping we have found our forever house this time. We made the mistake of moving out of Havasu in 2021, and moving to Florida (big mistake) and Heather made it very easy to move on back.
